A woman named Jackie Banes has been arrested and is in the process of being booked at Rikers Island jail. She has no idea that the jail requires all women to undergo a mandatory gynecological exam, despite multiple lawsuits which should have required this to stop.

But the warden likes misusing his power and women. He continues to punish each female that enters through his gates by making them submit to a form of a strip search that involves an unauthorized gynecological exam. Multiple lawsuits have been placed against Rikers for the practice, but they refuse to stop.

The doctor makes Jackie strip under the fear that she would be manhandled and stripped of her clothing and dignity if she didn't comply. Jackie is then escorted out of the cell by the female doctor assigned to her, Doctor Rose. 

Jackie finds her situation unfair and becomes increasingly hostile towards the doctor. She is brought to the examination table and sat down on the exam table. At first, Jackie doesn't want to comply, but the doctor isn't playing around and finally straps her down to the table, with her legs spread and strapped open.

Jackie agrees she will behave, and as soon as the doctor turns around to don a pair of gloves, Jackie pulls her legs out of the straps. The doctor tells her she must be guilty of having something in her since she doesn't want to be examined. 

Since the jail had run out of speculums and was waiting on their most recent order of three pallets of new speculums, it’s decided by Doctor Rose to do a manual inspection in its place. The doctor begins with one finger and goes on to two fingers. The doctor decided to be even rougher with Jackie’s manual inspection to ensure a thoroughly humiliating and painful examination.

Now that the doctor is done and has found nothing, Jackie starts reminding her that she said, "Wait till she gets out of here", which the doctor takes as a threat. Jackie explains she wasn't threatening the doctor. She just wants to be let out of jail and go home since she's innocent.

The doctor explains that's not her job, that's for the judge to decide, before unstrapping her from the table and telling her to get back into the cell. 

Doctor Rose tells Jackie to get back into the cell, but Jackie isn't going so quickly. Frustrated, Doctor Rose explains she's the only female working at the jail, and if she doesn't comply, a room full of men will happily come in and gain her compliance. 

Under threat of expanding her humiliation to many strange men, Jackie goes back into the cell. The doctor tells Jackie to watch herself and what she says to the doctor. 

Secured back in the cell, Jackie pleads to be let out as she stands there naked and cuffed. The doctor walks out, leaving Jackie to contemplate her fate, and she calls out for help, naked and afraid at what else Rikers holds in store for her.

Rikers Island, the real home of women who are naked and afraid...
